Additive for waterborne paints and exterior coatings that helps to prevent the build-up of moulds and algae. Recommended as a post-additive in exterior coatings, especially on walls of buildings subject to high humidity and whenever walls are poorly ventilated and scarcely exposed to sunlight. It exerts a permanent action as the mixture does not wash off the paint film, and boasts excellent resistance to UV rays.
