PAINTING INTERNAL SUPPORT

NEW WALL

Support conditions: The surface must be dry and non-chalking, free from impurities such as grease, oils, etc. Make sure that the support has at least 28 days of ripening.

Support preparation: Fill any imperfections with stucco. Isolate the surface with a water-based or acrylic fixative. In case of new gypsum and new surfaces apply a solvent-based fixative.

Finishing: Apply one or two coats of water-based paint. During the application the temperature must be above 5 ° C.

WALL PAINTED WITH TRASPIRING PAINT

Support condition: Wash the surface with water to remove the old chalking paint.

Support preparation: Fill any imperfections with stucco. Apply a coat of water-based or acrylic fixative. If you need to apply a washable paint, apply a coat of solvent-based fixative.

Finishing: Apply one or two coats of water-based paint. During the application the temperature must be above 5 ° C.

WALL PAINTED WITH WASHABLE PAINT

Support preparation: If painting are very adherent, proceed only to a general cleaning with damp cloth (with water and ammonia). In case of non-adherent paints remove them. Fill any imperfections, isolate the surface with a water-based or acrylic fixative.

Finishing: Apply one or two coats of water-based paint. During application, the temperature should not be above 5 ° C.

PAINTING EXTERNAL SUPPORT SYNTHETIC IN EMULSION

Support preparation: Mechanically remove impurities and dust (in the case of new wall); remove old paint non-adherent (in the case of painted wall). Check the condition of the old plaster using acoustic survey. Restore the deteriorated plaster using hydraulic lime mortar. Wait plaster seasoning, at least 30-40 days. Remove mold, fungi and algae. Apply a coat of acrylic-based ot solvent-based fixative.

Finishing: Apply a coat or more coats of water-based paint or plastic coating. During application the temperature should not be above 5 ° C.

SILICATE IN DISPERSION

Support preparation: The silicate products can be applied over old mineral paints or on mineral - cement support only (seasoned at least 1-2 months). In case of patches, wait for the complete maturation of the mortar. Protect surfaces not involved in the implementation since the silicate has an action caustic. The external temperature must be between 10 and 25 ° C. Remove completely all the organic nature coatings.

Conditions of the support: The surface must be free from dirt and dust, dry and seasoned.

NEW WALL: The surface must be perfectly dry and seasoned (at least 28 days). The application of wet plaster can cause whitening or detachment of the product.

Apply a base coat for silicate paint: the product is ready to use but can be further diluted in case of applications of very absorbent substrate. In case of particularly chalking surfaces, apply two coat. After 24 hours, apply a coat of silicate paint diluted 1: 1 with primer silicate paint.

After 24 hours, apply two coats of silicate paint diluted with 20% transparent silicate primer with "wet on wet" cycle or separated by 24 hours.

OLD WALL AND DAMAGED PLASTER: if old paint containing lime remove all non-adherent parts, remove all traces of efflorescence. Then proceed as in the previous case. In case of plasters with many patches, let it dry properly. You can fill the patches with stucco and mortar shrinkage fiber-reinforced.

Apply two coats of primer for silicate paint and after 24 hours a coat of silicate paint diluted 1: 1 with primer silicate paint. Then apply two coats of silicate paint diluted 20% with primer for silicate paint with "wet on wet" cycle or separated by 24 hours.
